How to find the Suisocha Methods

Molecular hydrogen in Suisocha (hydrogen tea) effectively transforms the harmful free radicals, such as hydroxyl radicals or active oxygen, which are responsible for numerous illnesses and ageing, into harmless water. "Suisocha" refers to the molecular hydrogen-rich tea produced using the method I have developed. I call it "Suisocha" because it means "hydrogen tea" in Japanese and the doctor who discovered the selective removal of free radicals using molecular hydrogen was Japanese, and the enthusiasm for hydrogen originated from Japan. And I am also Japanese. It is pronounced as “sui so cha” or “swee so cha.” I like it very much because it reminds me of Kombucha.

Probiotic and Saturated liquid of hydrogen

It is an almost saturated liquid of hydrogen (1400-1550ppb) and is more than many hydrogen water bottle generators on the market! I also believe that hydrogen-rich tea made with my methods might be superior to machine-made hydrogen water, which forcefully separates water (2 H2O) into oxygen (O2) and hydrogen (H2) using electricity. It not only enhances the gut environment, naturally increasing the production of hydrogen in our bodies, but it also creates a virtuous cycle within our bodies. The differences between machine-made hydrogen water or tea and mine are akin to the difference between table salt and natural sea salt, or between MSG and a carefully brewed natural broth brimming with nature's goodness.

Reliable hydrogen generators are very expensive

Good hydrogen generators with clinical data are usually very expensive, and many cheap ones are terrible, not only it's hard to feel the health benefits of hydrogen, but also some of them even cause health hazards, like the Chinese hydrogen inhaler I bought because I couldn't afford expensive ones. Both the molecular hydrogen inhaler and the molecular hydrogen generator for the bath which are only available in Japan and which I wanted to buy for my mother, cost more than 260,000 yen (over £1,500 at today's rate). I couldn't buy them for her because they were too expensive for me. Some of the machines used in hospitals are over 1 million yen or 2 million yen (£5,800-£11,600 or more). So, I wanted to find something cheap, safe and effective, and something which anyone could give a try on hydrogen. I came up with an idea and I believed in my idea, repeated experiments, and found it. I have also noticed there are many people around me who are not feeling well nowadays, so I hurriedly revealed it. I started experimenting to find a way to make a homemade method that is as cheap and safe as possible and contains enough hydrogen. Then, I have found it, so I share it with you here.

Not selling, free of charge

By the way, I am not selling anything or asking for any money back to tell my method. I just want people to know about Suisocha but acknowledge that I found Suisocha and used the word of Suisocha, rather than hydrogen tea or whatever. Then, if someone becomes healthier or looks younger than before, that would be most wonderful. When I first discovered hydrogen in my pine needle tea, which I had left because I thought failed again, I honestly felt it was a gift from God, even though I am not religious at all usually. If you follow my method, anyone can economically make hydrogen-rich hydrogen tea, Suisocha at home without buying expensive machines and equipment. So, even people like me who can't afford to buy expensive equipment or people who just want to try it out can get amazing health benefits from molecular hydrogen.

Was I the fermentation otaku actually a hydrogen otaku?

I discovered this method because I had two near-death experiences in my life, which led me to become passionate about health and fermentation. The first time was when I was just 6 months old and had to undergo emergency surgery. I still have those scars. The second time, I was informed by doctors that I might not live for several more years. However, I am now completely cured and have survived for almost 15 years. I believe that my improved health and youthful appearance are a result of my dedication to health and fermentation since my illness.

Ever since my recovery, I have developed a love for all kinds of fermentation, including natto, miso, pickles, kimchi, kombucha, water kefir, milk kefir, homemade yeast bread, sauerkraut, homemade cheese made from kefir or yoghurt, and more. I make everything from scratch by hand in England. You name it, I do all and all handmade from scratch in England.

****Hydrogen is a wonderful thing that removes harmful active oxygen, but what's more, hydrogen is produced by lactobacilli and other bacteria in our intestines every day in our body! And it has been found that the exhaled breath of centenarians contains more hydrogen than that of normal people (1), which means that centenarians have a lot of good bacteria in their intestines that produce hydrogen, which is why they live longer. In other words, centenarians are thought to have healthy intestines, a good balance of intestinal bacteria, and to generate a lot of 'own hydrogen' in their intestines. The 'own hydrogen' generated in the gut enters the bloodstream and travels throughout the body, removing active oxygen and eliminating inflammation! Then, I realised that I was actually hydrogen otaku rather than fermentation otaku. And this knowledge brought me to come up with Suisocha. ****I have been making natto from herbs in the UK for over a decade, as natto and miso are not easily available in England. So I learnt that you can really make Natto from all sorts of different plants. Similarly, Suisocha can be made from a variety of foods.

Wonder of Probiotic Suisocha

When you add warm water to the Suisocha that is being generated as a top-up, it quickly reverts back to the original hydrogen level before the addition. This phenomenon doesn't occur with hydrogen water produced by machines. I believe there is a distinction between artificially infusing hydrogen into the water through electrolysis and the natural Suisocha. Natural Suisocha also aids in regulating the gut environment and flora, which contributes to increased hydrogen production in the intestines as a result. I am of the belief that when hydrogen levels increase in the body, it personally manifests through healthy daily bowel movements. I did not experience this change when I consumed machine-generated hydrogen water produced through electrolysis. And I believe drinking Suisocha will cause a virtuous circle and increase our gut bacteria and hydrogen production in our gut as well by drinking hydrogen and hydrogen-producing bacteria-rich Suisocha.

Also one of the biggest motivations for publishing this website for me was, people who are sceptical about the benefits of hydrogen may try it if I have a website. If you need an expensive device to try and if you are not sure about its effect, it is not easy to recommend it to my friends and family easily. But this way, I thought it may be easier and there would be more chance they might try hydrogen. I have many people whom I want to try hydrogen but until now it was not easy to recommend because it will cost.
